President

Passion for building started when Jeremy was a young boy. He learned skills at an early age, watching and working alongside his grandfather and father. After completing an apprenticeship as a carpenter, Jeremy spent many years as a foreman and superintendent for major commercial contractors in the greater Puget Sound area. in 2015 he transitioned from large scale commercial building to running his own company with the opening of Rainier Construction. His expertise is unique and he has well established relationships with some of the best local subcontractors that are integral to the success of Rainier Construction.

Tyler Moore

Project Manager

Tyler joined Rainier Construction in 2022 and shares a similar passion for carpentry and fine craftsmanship. Growing up in construction and working alongside his father helped glean his skill set at an early age. Tyler has served in the military and spent many years supervising and managing projects while working at the Puget Sound naval shipyard. Tyler and his wife share two beautiful daughters and reside in Port Orchard.

Jamie Nelson

Office Manager

Jamie works as the office administrator for Rainier Construction and assists the management team with client relations, accounting, and human resources. Jamie is the “Mrs.” to Rainier Construction and brings a unique skillset to the team with 15 years of prior experience in business administration paired with her current role as an active realtor and owner of a home staging and design company. Jeremy and Jamie have both grown up in Gig Harbor and Port Orchard and have a shared passion for making a client's home dreams come to reality! Questions about real estate? Ryan Hixon

Operations & Finance Manager

Ryan helps coordinate office operations and finance activities for Rainier Construction. He has a passion for process improvement and the customer experience. Ryan brings 20+ years of experience in financial services as well as 5+ years consulting specifically to contractors. He grew up in Gig Harbor, where his family owned and operated a successful excavation business for 3 generations. He earned his bachelor degree in finance from San Diego State University in 1997.
